Very hip hangout on Vancouver's hipster street. Good coffee. They forgot to flavor my latte but fixed the issue promptly and happily when mentioned. For that...5 stars. Mistakes happen, how they are dealt with is key.

They are not taking the pandemic seriously at all. They rarely wipe down the tables in between guests. People switch tables, move chairs, and sit in groups in tight spots, making impossible to keep even a couple feet of separation. They should be shut down.

Great as always. - when getting a wrap and asked if you want the salad for a buck more - say yes - it's delicious. And if you have the time to drink it there have it there. The Mocha tastes amazing in their beautiful big cups.

Good coffee and friendly staff who get to know the locals. They also sometimes have chocolate whip cream to put on kids hot chocolates which is always a winner.

Spacious and well designed, this is the best JJ Bean in the city. More of a conversation place than a laptop place, and suitable for toddlers.

Consistent coffee over the years at a variety of locations around Vancouver. This location on Main St has a really nice layout, with a lovely fireplace and lots of windows. Also, the side street has plenty of outdoor seating. My one complaint was the cleanliness; the floors and seating were really crumb-covered.

Clean environment. Nice open windows during the summer. Friendly staff. There is a private room you can book that is behind the counter. I have used for staff meetings and keep coming back.

Good coffee and way better food selection than other big name coffee shops. Seating and ambiance are great too, and nice, friendly and personable staff.

Price is good and food is good like all JJ bean locations. But this one is a lot poorer built than the others. There are dead and alive wasps everywhere in the cafe and spider webs everywhere. The walls are chipped and dirty. Recommend ordering to-go instead of dining in.

The staff here is awesome. I'm always here and they are friendly, they know my regular order. A cafe feels like home when you get to know the staff... nothing is worse than a great cafe with distant staff. Best cafe patio on Main street. This is definitely my home cafe

I love JJ Bean and am a loyal supporter, however I noticed most of the staff weren’t wearing masks! Since we know the virus spreads primarily through droplets (our spit) every staff member should be wearing one. They see hundreds of people a day, and if one of them has COVID-19 but isn’t showing symptoms, that could easily start a community outbreak. I love you guys so much but am disappointed :(

Very cozy place I ordered a hot chocolate and it was made to perfection. The only problem is the place is a little worn down. It could use some basic maintenance , for example , tables need tightening so they don't rock back and forth. Also when you walk out the side door there's a huge drop to the pavement outside, which I sprained my ankle on. The staff were very friendly and very cooperative and like I said my hot chocolate was made to perfection I would definitely recommend this place it was a great experience except for the few problems that I mentioned.

This is my go to coffee spot. Love their coffee and snacks and wraps. People are usually very friendly and the patio space is great. I could probably buy a new car in a year with the money I saved if I stopped going here but I can’t...it’s too good.

Really good drip coffee (railtown dark roast is my favourite).Good selection big baked goods (recommend peanut butter oatmeal bar and any muffin).Expect a line up in the morning, but staff are fast and curtious.

Everything I've tried from jj bean has always been delicious (you can find the one true mocha here). Their breakfast sandwiches are really good too. Love the vibe of this place, everyone is so friendly and welcoming!

Good coffee but a more 'enlightened than thou' attitude from the staff. Got a lecture from a wise of a thing my grandkids age when I asked about wi-fi, apparently they think it would be better if I didn't use it so we could spend more time talking---quel presumptuous. Will not be going back anytime soon.

Good coffee and food, great atmosphere, good service, great patio, very nice decor. Better than Starbucks. I always seem to eat a wrap when I'm there. I use to live 3 doors down so I would guess I've been here over 100 times and I was never disappointed.

I'm not a coffee person but I will come here to get their baked goods! The chocolate zucchini and jalapeno cheddar muffins are the best!! They do sell out in the morning so you have to be there early to get your hands on one! I do have to add that their wraps are tasty and a great deal! This location has great vibes and music. I used to go there to study because they played a great selection of music and the staff is always friendly.

Great place. It's all about the patio and parklet at this location. Americano is good and so is the Krispy oatmeal cookie😊

By far one of my favourite places to hang out - the space is spacious and easy to get a seat. Coffee is great too.

Aside from the best roasted coffee and BEST over sized muffins, I have to say the ethic of JJ Bean is what wins me over. They donate their left over unsold and untouched food to the food banks and shelters! The staff is always super friendly and are always willing to strike ho a conversation with you! We need more JJ beans in town... or in the burbs lol

Just moved to the area from downtown. I like a great cup of coffee and a place that does not over roast their beans. Location out side is spacious. We were there around 11:00am on a Monday. Still room to sit and sponns and condiments to spare. I'm a big napkin buff. Messy and famous. Staff were in good and pleasant to talk to . So thanks a bunch I will be back.

My new favourite coffee shop. Not only can you book their meeting room ($10/hr - such a steal) for a quiet place to run meetings/conferences/study/work, but their coffee is just the fuel I need to power through the day. Plus, the staff is WONDERFUL. It's an excellent vibe in here. Can't recommend it enough.Note: There's a lack of plugs around the cafe except at the long table (which can fill up quick - snag a spot early). Looks like there's 1 plug per seat underneath the table. How thoughtful :)

Service was great, I ordered latte when I tried it the first time I felt it’s tasted like hot milk no flavour so I thought the person who made it new to the business. I ask the manager if they can make me different one and definitely it wasn’t the person who make it the problem the drink it’s self has no flavour. It was my first time trying JJ Bean. Honestly Tim’s latte better than that

Just had a really awful experience getting iced coffees with my coworker at this location. Staff were quite hostile and rude... and we’re not sure why! We were quite polite and looking forward to our cool drinks on a hot day! We got some harsh glares and bad service. Disappointed. Will not return.

Beautiful spot with plenty of room outside on their street patio. A cozy place to work quietly and unwind or to meet up with small groups.

JJ bean is a favorite of mine. If you want something rich, sweet, comforting and creamy - I 100% recommend their mochas! Bit pricy but worth it, you'll understand why once you've had one! Theyr muffins are cheap and filling. I don't typically get their wraps r sandwiches as they seem a bit pricy for what I have gotten

One of the rare place in Vancouver where when you ask for an espresso, will you get 1! And a good 1 with friendly staff and wooden cosy warm design. 5*it is!

Great place to come if you want to get some work done in a nice, accommodating cafe. The choice of drinks is very well. And their americano is well balanced and smooth to taste. Their muffins are also to die for, but I'd recommend the chocolate chip cookies too - possibly one of the best ones in the city. The communal table has outlets, and it's a nice corner to focus on your work.
